  • UK-based full-time students (college, sixth form, university, apprenticeship) and current jobseekers actively looking for work. If you're between 18 and 30, unemployed, underemployed, or stuck in a dead-end job you can't afford to quit — this is built for you.

  • Nothing. Zero upfront. Zero deferred. Zero hidden fees. Selected scholars get the full HTCA Foundations programme, live coaching, role-play sessions and the certification pathway paid for by the academy. You bring the commitment.

  • It's a training programme with a career pathway. HTCA trains you to become a remote high-ticket sales closer — the roles pay commission, usually £3,000 to £10,000+ per month for graduates who put in the work. We introduce top performers to hiring partners. We don't guarantee jobs. Nobody honest does.

  • Most committed scholars are interview-ready within 6 to 10 weeks. Getting hired and closing your first deal usually takes another 4 to 8 weeks after that. This is a real skill — faster than a degree, slower than a get-rich-quick scheme.

  • No. Most of our scholars have never sold anything in their lives. Retail, hospitality, warehouse, no work history at all — we've seen every starting point. What matters is coachability and willingness to show up every day.

  • No. Nobody hiring high-ticket closers cares about your degree. They care whether you can hold a fifteen-minute conversation, ask good questions, handle a 'no' without collapsing, and close.

  • The scholarship is UK-focused because that's the youth unemployment crisis we're addressing directly. Non-UK applicants can apply for standard paid tiers.

  • A small number per cohort — awarded on a rolling basis. Chris reviews every application personally. It's not a lottery; it's a filter for people who will actually do the work.
