HTCA trains and certifies.
PrimeClosers makes the introduction.

This page is the single, accurate explanation. Wherever PrimeClosers is mentioned elsewhere on the site, this is what it means.

The short version.

PrimeClosers is our sister company: a UK sales agency and talent business founded by Chris Bull. It works directly with offer owners and companies that need sales talent. HTCA works the talent side, PrimeClosers works the employer side, and the same standard runs through both. Access to the ecosystem is included with your tier, and it is access, not a job.

What it is
A UK sales agency and talent business, and the sister company of the academy.
Who runs it
Chris Bull founded both HTCA and PrimeClosers. Same standard applied on both sides.
Who it works with
Offer owners and businesses that need sales talent, on their sales operations as well as their hiring.
What it does
Vets client offers, then matches and introduces certified or already-experienced closers to them.
Who gets access
HTCA students, with access length set by tier: one month on Foundations, three months on Accelerator, twelve months on VIP. Experienced closers can also join directly, without the programme.
What it costs
Nothing extra while your tier's included access is running. There's no second membership fee bolted onto your course price.
What it is not
Not a job guarantee, not an employment agency promise, and not an income claim. Access is access.
How it actually runs
  1. 01You train and get certified with HTCA

PrimeClosers does not teach. Everything you learn, practise and are assessed on happens on the academy side.

  2. 02Your record becomes a talent profile

Your certification number, assessed role-plays and call recordings go into a PrimeClosers profile that a business can actually read.

  3. 03PrimeClosers matches you to client demand

The agency already works with offer owners and businesses that need sales talent. Roles are checked first for lead quality, commission structure and whether the management behind them is any good. Then introductions are made directly. It isn't a job board.

  4. 04You interview, and the rest is on you

An introduction gets you into the room. Nobody hands you the seat.

  5. 05What happens on the seat comes back into the training

Client feedback and live placements tell us what businesses are actually struggling to find. That shapes what HTCA teaches and assesses next.

Introductions are offered to candidates who demonstrate competency. Access to the network is not a guarantee of a role, employment or income.

Already able to run a call?

Then skip the programme. PrimeClosers takes experienced closers directly, without going through HTCA first. The academy exists for people who need the skill built and proven. If you already have it, go straight to the network.
