What are high ticket sales?
High ticket sales are sales of expensive products or services, usually priced above £2,000 and often well into five figures. In the UK that typically means coaching programmes, consulting retainers, agency contracts, done-for-you services and higher-value B2B software or advisory work.
The label describes the price point, not a separate industry. What changes at that price is the buying behaviour. Nobody spends £5,000 on impulse. The buyer needs to understand the problem, believe the outcome is achievable for them specifically, and trust the person on the other end of the call. That's why the conversation matters more than the pitch.
