• How fast can I land a role?+

  Most students complete the curriculum in 12 weeks. PrimeClosers begins introductions once you've passed certification, subject to suitability and client demand. We don't promise jobs. We promise active, ongoing support.

• Is the training fully remote?+

  Yes. Everything is online. Plan for 5–8 hours per week of modules, role-plays and (on coached tiers) live calls. Most students fit it around a full-time job.

• What if I can't afford it upfront?+

  HTCA Accelerator is a paid six-month coached programme. Flexible payment options are available, including monthly instalments across the six months, and pricing is covered on your application call. Instalments are a payment plan for the full programme, not a monthly subscription. HTCA VIP Private Mentorship is a paid six-month one-to-one programme with Chris Bull. VIP enrolment is capped at a maximum of 10 new students per month. Spreading the cost lowers what you pay upfront but the total is higher, so pay in full if you can.

• What if I want to cancel?+

  You have a 14-day money-back guarantee from enrolment. Tell us inside those 14 days and we refund everything you have paid. After that, Accelerator and VIP are 6-month enrolments, so the remaining balance of your plan is still payable if you stop attending. We built it this way deliberately: the results come from turning up for the full six months.

• Can I cancel the payment plan at any time?+

  No. Accelerator and VIP are 6-month programmes. Choosing instalments simply spreads the cost of the full programme across six payments, so it is a payment plan rather than a pay-as-you-go subscription. You cannot stop the payments partway through and keep only part of the programme. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies from enrolment, in line with our refund terms.

• What happens if VIP ends and I have not landed a role?+

  If you finish the 6-month VIP programme without securing a suitable role, we carry on working with you on placement support at no additional charge until you do. Continued support is for members who completed the programme, attended their sessions, submitted their exercises, are actively applying for suitable roles, meet the requirements of the roles they are put forward for, and stay in reasonable contact with us. This is placement support, not guaranteed employment or guaranteed placement. No role, income or outcome is promised.
